MARKET REPORT 18 JAN 2008

Seems like still some bad time is left ,, as of now. The markets faced a very volatiles session yesterday , with choppiness all across the board , smart traderts have also made money .. but only a few amny of them have burnt their fingers.

Stocks moved specifically .. we saw a intraday loww and then some kind of recovery which markets were not able to hold off and we again saw a sell off in the closing session with markets closing down in reds and below the 19800 lvls.

As told yesterday short term trend looks week and dowside support exist at 19500 and 19100 lvls.

We need to close abv 20220-30 lvls to regain the uptrend .

All asian markets with DOW Jones is in red with a deep cut in DOW closing well below its support lvls. It has made a new low and Asian markets is following same with hangsang , nikkei all trading in deep red.

HOw India could set aside , yes we will see some effect and how swere that would be that we have to see, FEd rate cut is the only chance for saving the US markets as of now to save markets from the risk of recession and FED is expected to cut rate aggresively ..

Small cap saw some recovery and that is expected to continue today also .. mid caps also some bounceback but today it seems a bit tough . ..
we expect the Indian markets top show its trength soon .. quality stocks in mid caps and some of the frontliners can be accumulated as of now ahead of the good corection ..

Mid term and long term investors can buy quality stocks for delievery and some fishing can be done today ..
Small cap stocks that were in our reccom list GTL infra , Hind motrz , Apollo tyres, CBOP .. may show some strength today also ..

Bounce back is on the cardss .. so we are bullish on markets .. US may also come back sooon 11900 plays a imp lvls..
