Market REport 27 may 08
A head to head fight between bulls and bears and in the end bears somehow were sucessful in taking the momentum to their side ... with a steep fall in the end ... though nifty closed abv support of 4840 but the fall was mainly led by banking sector on rate intrst newzz..
crude falling to 128 lvls that is just a measure of retracement as its preparing for another rally ... for 145 mark this time .. from then it may cool off ro 110-120 lvls to settle at the EOY..
Ecpect a choppy trade today also ... as ASian markets trading at marginally freen with clues from US .. We are expected to take a zig zah curve in nifty with mood either way.... Mid cap wuld be in action once again with stock specific momentum...
FNO expriry ahead we suggest to trade minimum and in small quant and better stay away frm FNO..segment..

A weak trading day and what we saw was across the board sellin , today sensex with mild cues and ahead of FNO expiry is expected to trade flat to positive with cautious trade..
nifty jumped back from 4870 lvls yesterday thrice tus making a intermediate support for the nifty and upside 4940 wuld be resis .. anything abv that wuld see 4970and 5020 on nifty .. with the bears getting strong if nifty brks 4870 for 4800 and below that 4730 mark...
But that does'nt looks like coming ,, we may ahead of FNO closing can see short cvring in scripts and bulls might try to come back at 4940 lvls.. once 4940 is crossd we may see 5000 lvls in nifty...

We told u much before crude is heading towards 135$ mark and here we are u can see the crude boiling towards 134 mark and the effect also be seen when DOw tumbled almost 200+ points and fears of high inflation and crude prices.. the rise was mainly due to the newzz that crude current production might not be able to meet the requirements..
Indian markets recvrd the loses very smartly yesterday with mid cap was in good action , but how wuld be today , with global weakness it culd turn out to be bad day for the bulls although we are in narrow range of trading 4900-5200 ... but frm these lvls it is offcourse we may see some dwnwards towards 5050-5000 lvls.. 4930 wuld remain the mind lvls and 4900 the all long lvls to hold...
some of the low lvls oil ref comp saw a spike yesterday trade on acccnt of crude .. like HOEC , RPL , tamil naidu petro ... stake sale newzz of cairn is totaly on baseless rumurs and u wuld be hesring taht soon .. market was hot with open offer newz of cairn shareholders but it is as of noww baseless rumurs..
IFCI made a come back but again rumurs playing here .. bidding by RIL @ 96 pers share ... rumurs might take it to 68 lvls... and doo book profit bcozz there is no such news as of noww..

With the monday leave and a long weekend , sensex is expected to trade in a soft manner , with flattish kind of clues from the asian peers where DOw also loosing all its morning gains . DOw which was inturn trading with the gains of 130+ in the morning loses all gains on accnt of some bad newz by leading comp san disk ..Asin peers are trading weak on accnt of crude boiling abv 126$ to 127 range ..crude is expected to touch 135 abv 125$ as per the analysts .. more and more fund houses are investing in crude to reap the short term gains...

With the sensex outperforming the rest in the gains..the nity climbed up to 5100 lvls.. The gains were mainly due due to shrt cvring upto 5070 lvls but later afternoon there was afresh buying seen in lots of capital good sector wioth realty also doing good and sugar sector on newzz of govrmnt raising the prices ..
The Dow had agood gains yesterday close with alsmot 100 points on accnt of somne positive newzz , Cnet being looked for buyout and crude fallin..These factors were enough to give DOw some roar..The asian markets are trading in green and expect sensex to do well today also , with straight 2 days of gains we will be in good gains today., though inflation figures will be released but mrkts have ifnored the last 2 weeks inflation figures but this week we think it might put some positive effect to inflation with good nos..

Market Report 15 MAY 08
Market saw a good rcvry on the accnt of support from good opng from europe..the momntum stock gained .. ahead of shrt cvring and some FII buying . FII were net buyers from last 2 days. The yesterday marekt which was trading in weak zone in the monrg bell gained strength in the later half to 17,000 mark.The sensex will today try to brk that resis lls of 17250 ..Nifty too expected to face resistance at 200 dma @ 5075 mark..
Dow closed yesterday with half of the gains that it have gained in intraday ..Dow was trading with three digit gains to close at adequate marginal gains while nasdaq was almost flattish . Asian markets are in support of bulls to be trading at green range . Today anything like rally does'nt seems to be visible but anything like short cvring in stock specific can definate gv some spikes to the stock value..
Our buy call for lanco @ 440 marked 520 marked yesterday .. lanco is in newzz to win the 8000 cr contract to handle container .. in kerala port.. the stock wuld be in action today also and is expected to mark certian lvls..
Mercator Lines has reported strong results for Q4 and full year. The company has posted almost a 3-fold jump in net profit for FY08 at Rs3.7bn, supported by growing fleet, buoyant shipping demand and firm freight rates in dry carriers segment..

Market REport 13 May 08
Sensex closing on friday was at very crucial lvls and the monday when it was on the stage of rcvring from its intrday loses and on the border of getting green the newzz of Bad IIP nos struck the market and we saw a free fall in nifty.. though this was later being used as bottom fishing by mzny of the DII , we have gvn the signal in the monrg itself that we will seethe buying cming in the markets at 4900 lvls and u can see that buying started at exactly 4910 lvls to make nifty gain almost 100 points from its lowss..
Nifty call of our yesterday buy nifty was almost up 100 points ..
The Earthquake newzz also did some sizzler effect and the sensex reacted to that also but vey little time..
Crude lost its gains from the highs and the EDS merger newz with HP make the DOIw jones to have a very good closing with 3 digit gains ..
Anlayst are predicting the rise in inflation and incrz in intrst rate are the culprit for the low IIP nos .and the GDP might slow down in curse o f that in the cming yrs..
But they dont see much effect and inflation and IIP nos both are expected to do well in the down time of say 6-7 months ..
Oil stocks saw a huge build up yesterday with our invstmnt call CAIRN @ 240 and 270 crossed 300 lvls to close at 304 lvls.. CAirn has a still huge build up in open intrs .. the trgts in dlvry as given by moneygurus are 335-370 in this script..
Fertilizer saw some action in the last hrs of trade when there was some short cvring that made some of the scripts to shot up.. include RPL that gained almost 10 rs from its lows.

Today we will open from positive to flat.. as the IIP nos have some how hurted the sentiments..
but we dont see any major rally and pullback.. short are still pending and there is certail lvls in mind to cvr that shorts which is still not triggrd...

Market report 08-May08
Sensex closed marginally lower lvls.. though outperforming its asian peer hangsang.. The major reason behind the weakness is bad gloabal cueues and the offcourse the reason is crude. Almost all the countries and specially developing countries are in worry of rising crude prices.. if Golman sachs are to be believed the price is still low and we can see crude settling at around 150$ mark..
though 125 plays a important resis lvls and 110 as support lvls for crude.. but as per anaylst if 125 id broken it will start trading in 125-135 region mark..
High crude prices will def effect the companies as well as govrmnt . GOvrmnt as of now might not pass the hike to consumers like us as of now ahead of elections but the oil companies are sure gonna suffer from these..
Alrdy companies like CAirn , RPL , HOEC are getting some attention from the Fund houses and if crude kep boiling like this the companies will definatley be buys at these lvls..
Markets expected to have a another weak trading day .. and though no major downfall is seen.. rumurs are there of some major correction but shorters who have shorted nned some cut which they are not getting so rumurs wuld always be there.. but we dont see any major sellof as of now..

Market Report 07-May08
Itwas a day of profit booking for all .. sensex lost more then 100 and nifty doing some weird movmnts triggering all the stop loses and major 200 DMA sl to close just abv the 5150 lvls...
Nifty from here if we see that has tried thrice to cross 5250 mark ., but each and every time came dwn to decesive lvls.. so there is shrt term dwnside that is surely gonna be there .. nxt time in caome back we mifgt see nifty crossing 5250 mark.. but again at5310-5330 lvls... there is a resisitance and we might not be able to cross that..
With the close below 200 DMA in nifty and the shorts being build up freshely we might see some dwnside .. though 5078-5095 is immediate shrt term support for the nifty and we might take bounce bk from mthese lvls.. nething that goes below that nifty could touch 4975 lvls..
We are tradin in the very specific range of 5000-5250 in nifty and this is best thing for shrtt erm traders to buy momentum stoocks in lows and sell at highs..
Stocks like jp assoc, unitech, lanco , praj ., dlf , icici bank , rpl are the few that can be traded for thses...
but stay away fro the sectors which havent performed much or looks laggard behing like pharma..

Markety Report 06-May-08
It was a dull trading day yesterday and expect the same today also.. though there is no major dwnside but intrday some cuts are expected.. as DOw closed in red due to the MS getting its bid out from the yahoo and crude boiling at 120 mark... crude is in trange of 113 to 123 as of noww..
Some correction is due ...as we dont expect to fall to 80 mark.. but yesthe crude will definatley boiling too high.. OPEC says they can take it to 200$ mark but ,, thats long away as of noww it will trade in 100-200 range at the lower side..

Yesterday UCO bank and PFC witnessed a huge fund buying and u can see the script has gained how much..
Nifty is facing resis at 5250-5300 mark.. as we said earlier... due toweak global cueus ,, weak openg in expected in nifty ,, nifty will take support at 5100-5160 lvls...

Market Report 5-may 08
Sensex last week was full of momentum and was in full mood to chear for the bulls , although the losts of analyst and high end investors term it as the bear market technical rally ..
So all highs shuld be usesd as to gain profits . 5500-5600 mark for nifty wuld be considered as important barrier for the nifty to make the bulls come back and rule the market .. if it shows relative resistance at those lvls.. we cannot see where we gonna move forward.. but as of noww one thing is sure.. that deep cuts and long correction are not there and we dont se any huge correction in markets as of now..
Nifty at 5000 will take a immediate support and major support at 4800 mark ..We traded abv 200 DMA of nifty last week ad closed well abv that lvls very comfort zone ...
Coming week as there is no fresh triggers and moreover we have been trading in the positive range from last 2 weeks some consolidation can be seens as it wuld also be good for sensex..
Midacap is still lacking behind and we need some good rallies in midcap to gain the retail investor confidence .SOme buying was witnessed in midcap but it was all in selective sscripts and we suggest to stock to qualty midcaps as there wuld be stock specific action to continue only..

Market report 2 May 08
Wednesdays trade was a merely wait and watch trade .. and investors and traders were cautios abt the Fed meet ahead,, so it was all in a limited bandwagon ..
Yesterday, Federal Reserve cut interest rates in US by another quarter percentage point bringing it down to 2%. This was the seventh rate cut by the Fed since last September, 2007..
The DOw jones on ahead of this lately realized and seems to be in party mood for trading ahead of the 13K mark . DOw gained almost 190 points .. in the yesterday trade and Nasdaq with 60 + points ..
on the economy front in Us ..., advance first quarter GDP rose by 0.6%, topping the consensus estimate of 0.5%. Separately, the ADP Employment Report, a measure of nonfarm private employment, showed an increase of 10,000 jobs in April, easily beating the consensus estimate that called for a decline of 60,000...
Crude and Gold bith fell and were trading to its month lowss ahead of this ...
Japnese mrkts are also trading strong and Indian markets are likely to follow its asian peers..
5250 in nifty plays a important barrier and bulls will try to cross these lvls..
We expect a huge shrt cvring if nifty crosses 5250 mark decesively .. but again as big analyst and big fund houses .. are saying .. thanks to leading TV channels that they predict markts are hands of bear and its a technical pullback in bear mrkts ..

Market Report 30-April 08
It was a wait and watch day for the markets yesterday untill The RBI Govrnr came up with monetry olicy .. the Govrnr shocked the markets with positive and it was all out of the expeectation .. even the major economist who were estimating the GDP growth of 7-7.5 %.. the RBIdeclared the growth forcast of 8-8.5%...Even the repo and RRepo rates were kept unchangd which wasa a majot booster for the mrkts . He hwevr incrsd the CRR by quarter % ..to suck the excess liquiduty..
But if we follow tha major bankers that wont effect much in their PE values and rates hikes as of now is tottly ruled out..
Reality and other sectorspecific saw a immediate rection and stocks like DLF n Unitech were in action .
Our clints have reaped the benefits of both stocks ..
AS we have reccom DLF @ 600 and 660 and unitech @ 265 lvls.
Banks were in action and moneygurus specific call of Axis bank gained almost 40 rs from its buying lvls..
The nifty crossed the 200 DMA and was traidng with very strong volumes on the charts . THE fund houses were bullish on the nifty as of now. We have gvn to stay long in nifty with SL of 4800 @ 4925 and here we are alsmot300 points plus in nifty for nifty traders..
The markets wuld face stiff resis at 5250 and 5300 lvls now in nifty and significant selling can come at those lvls specially in the large caps and frontliners..

Market Report 29 -April 08
Markets taking some profit booking in yesterday trade ,, and the morng gains were taken as price to exit by many big players by the end of the day.. it culd not sustain abv 5100 lvls though it manage to sustain nifty abv support of 5060 lvls..
There was a caution and very monotenous trade that is being going on on sensex .. traders are playing with the technical lvls as there is nothing to offer by the sensex as of now..
Though analyst are expecting another carnage before a fresh rally but we think otherwise , yes the corection may come but there is nothing such as crash or it does'nt seems possible to touch againg the jan lows..
4800 in nifty wuld play the important lvls for the players to take their positions and it wuld def gonna provide some support to mrkts at these lvls..
Gov of RBI wuld be gvng his decesion on credit poslicy today .. The mrkts will trade in caution zone and will ait for the trigger.. nething that the mrkts player dont like can make some damage to the indices...
though Mr Reddy already showed his concern for the excess liquidity in the system what measures and steps he takes that need to be seen ..

Sensex saw a brkout on fidays trade with nifty and sensex both showing the bullish pattern on charts , a brkthrough was enough as sensex closed abv 17100 mark and nifty will now find major support at 5043 lvls . The brkthrough was enough supported by the telecom players on friday when the rcom and bharti both gained momentum and closed with significant gains ..

Sensex yestereday witnessed a a volatile session as we told u in the morning due to the month end and the settlement day , we saw a lots of ups and down in the sensex .. nifty some how managed to closed just at 5000 lvls with 1point low..
From the past six trading session ... we have seen FII were the net buyers in both equity and cash markst .. volumes are imporving day by day.. But the global markets are gona playa an important role in the sensex to rcvr its momentum.. yes shrt term we are in bear markets and these kind of rallies keep the intrest up in investors ,.. to stay invested in sensex..
Nifty is facing stif resistance at 5080 lvls and we haveseen from past session every attemnt is being a failure for nifty to cross 5100 mark , some strong positive clue is required for nifty to trade abv and brk 5100 barrier..
Yesterday gain in DOw jones on account of the good job nos .. although dow jones fell from its significants highs .. but close with the gains of 2 digit mark..
Microsoft reported a rise in earnings that beat expectations, but the company's shares declined by more than 5 percent as its outlook disappointed investors..
Nikkei istrading up on account of weak yen .. where as hang sang is a bit weak..
Hero honda came out with nos yesterday , the stock gained alsmot 25 rs on account of the company new venture , compay is looking to enter in to the finance buzz to start with forits two wheeler segemnt .. it may be within the company in the start..

Sensex marked a other then direction what analyst were expecting on monday before opng bell, neglecting the effect of the CRR hike the sensex took its direction from the positive global cues and trded very strongle througout the day ..
The nifty closed well abv the magical figure of the 5000 ,, though the today trade will be favoured by the bears and wall street lost some its gains on account of the bad cues and nos by the bank of america whose profit fell 70% in qOQ basis ,,
Though wall street trading abv 12750 is termed as same as nifty trading abv 5000 mark ..
FII are cvring their shorts and that can be decesively seen from the figures still lots of shorts are pending any jump abv 5090 mark will take huge shrt cvring to be carried out ..
Yesterday nos by RIL were good eneough the profits raised mainly due to refinery margins..
RIL's net profit rose to Rs.3912 crore from Rs.3156 crore, a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 23.95 percent. Reliance Industries chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani said he sees the company's key investments in oil and gas development and refining to commission this year, and added he expects them to be key drivers to deliver earnings growth in the near future...

Market summary 21 april 08
The CRR hike , again small pressure on banking system , govrmnt node to control the rising inflation . the CRR hike will gradually suck out 18,500 cr of liquidity from the banking system.
The banks ahave not still taken any decesion of passing the hike to customers by raising the intrest rate.
Markets today will be having some biggi nos ,.. Wall street is already having the party time with nos of google beating all analyst with 31 percent inc in profit in this quarter . ALL the IT biggies is performing vey well , with City grp also having some recvry in and nos are better then the analust were expecting .
The markets today might just surpass the CRR hike pressure if the biggies gv the nos accoreding to the expectataion . These include TCS , Reliance , satyam and few more..
We expect the nifty to gainns some momentum after 5050 in nifty ..
If we sustain abv 5050 for few hrs that may lead to sm sought of shrt cvring in scripts although the major shrt cvring will be kept pending for the 5250 lvls .. but still shrt term traders will cvr their shrts abv 505 oin nifty ..
We expect nifty to take some support at 4935 lvls...

Market report 16-April 08
It was a trders paradise yesterday .. a steady rise in stocks .. slowly down the line and some profit booking at the end of the day ...
Indian markets were looking for the some postive triggers , we told u first the IIP nos and sfter the Infosys nos , both provide what bulls were waiting for the reason to attck and bulls attacked .. with the bang and u can see the indian markets outperformiing its counterparts ..
Though the clues were not positive for the yesterday but we manage to be in positive range and tap the bears .. Bulls mark the rally with infosys heading .. It gained 100 points in intraday .. to mark 1500 Rs lvls..
Sensex gained 400 points to close just below that lvls..
As told u all yesterday Oil and gas sector was having party time .. with our picks ..
Selan explor , HOEC making the readers and membrs some party time ..
RPL call from 172 lvlc and 180 lvls marked 190 lvls in yesterday ..The futrzz of there are still in premium ... and some gains are still left in these counters..
Mid cap IT was also buzzing in yesterday but relaity , capital , were a bit slow..
With the CRR rate hike .. expect some bearishness in these counters but overall these reality counters are very good and the participation in any pullback cannot be neglected..

Market report 11 April 08
Sensex lost its momnetum from days high on yesterday trade .. with the gain of almost 200 points ending up with loosing 90 points ... the looser were mainly banking space and few IT stocks .
Mid cap was in buying spree yesterday trade and is expected to do good in today trade also .
The infaltion data will be coming out today with IIP nos . If analys are to believed the inflation for this week might just cross 7 .. but we dont see any imapct of inflation on markets as the major correction on nos was done in last week .. we thinbk that the worst is over .. but markets will take time to get back the loosen the sentiments from the investors.
The RIL indus moves with good nos yesterday , also RIL petroleum got a huge open intrest build up .. WIth the operations are expected to start in SEP of this year there is also retail investors seems to be buying in this script.
Textile mey be in limelight after sugar sector for todays trade. Textile has consolidated enough and we dont see muh downside in textile from these lvls.
Expect some buying to continue in textile which started yesterday .. today also..

Mid cap was the flavour for yesterday and the party is gonna ontinue with yes bank and mastek beating the street with extra ordinary nos . we expect the strength to continue in mid cap sector today also .. expect some stock specific action . Sugar was in limelight with our two pics bajaj hindustan and balrampur chini going boom boom gains .. traders are the best one to play in these kind of markets . Short cvring in the end led the sensex top close with the gains of 200 points , but nifty was not in much action yesterday and nifty is still in discount showing the short positions beinng created in nifty.
The result season in going on and street is happy with the start , but the question here is will all the companies will be able to deleiver the result like yes bank . that is multi millioner question and the answer is no .. Market report 07 -April 08
Inflation rose to 7% and the reaction is already seen in the markets on friday where we have seen a dull session througout the day with negative closing and sensex closing to the heavy loses.Though goverement is taking steps to control the inflation by lowering the import duty banning the exports and other thing but these measures seems to be taking time to control the inflation . Markets are expected to trade in the same dullish manner with bias towards the bearish zone . The no clue markets are always like that . the next trigger markets could see is the IIP numbers that are to be released on the friday . Although the asian markets are trading firm we may underperform as usual and give away all morning minor gains to late hours of trading . becasue of domestic negative newz flow.

Market Summary 13 March 08
The markets underperformed its peers yesterday when sensex loses all its gains , sensex from the high of 16600 came down to close marginal flat closing on account of the profit booking and fresh short being created in the morning.
The Asian indices where managed to close with tha gains of 1-2 % , sensex underperformed them , the trigger was bad IIP numbers . We warned the moneygurus memebers about all this much before and actively booked profits and we can see where all landed up.
As of now the markets seems to be under pressure so after yesterday rally and sell off of nearly 500 points looks like there is another tight day on charts, Markets looking to have a weak day today as all the Asian indices are trading low and in deep cut . Indina markets wont see a much deeper cut as we already shown the effect yesterday .
nifty made a return journey towards 4800 mark looks like after watching 5000 from some distance.
The bad trigger was ofcourse the IIP numbers..
growth in index of industrial production (IIP) slipped to 5.3% in January 2008 as compared with 11.6% in January 2007, the lowest since October 2006, when it stood at 4.51%. Growth in the manufacturing sector declined to 5.9% in January 2008 as against 12.3% in January 2007..
The next thing to watch here is advance tax being paid up by the comp , data of which is to be released on 15th march .
Rate cut by RBI does'nt loooks like feasible specially after the commom man budget.
REC Electrification Corporation a public sector enterprise engaged in financing and promoting transmission, distribution and generation projects started trading at Rs124.65 against the issue price of Rs105. Market report 12 March 08
Markets yesterday showed renowed strengths and shorters were forced to cover their shrts, most of the indina markest are in the follow up manner , shoorters are creating positions on the global downside but what from two days we have seen is the strength of the fundamenstls that certain equities cannot go down from certain lvls. Sensex bottomed out at 15800 and and shown a grat support at those lvls.
Dow jones yesterday was in full mood to be attcked by bears but the sudden start of war between bulls and bears to make bulls win was definately benarke , the announcements to injest $200 million in the banking system has given some definate power to the bull force to close the DOw with2nd highest gains in last 5 yrs..
We expect the sensex to continue its upward journey of yesterday today also ..
A 16600 is target of sensex for today .. some sellingh is expected at higher lvls as we all know that bears are in very strong position and no way thay gonna accept their defeat so easily in one or two sessions.
We with this weapon required a second weapon of 75 bps rate cut and here we go a strong army of bulls to take over the bears and definately a win..

Market summary 11 Mar 08
We saw the turnaround in sensex yesterday , it was being told to all the readers of moneygurus in the morning itself that the later half would be session of short covering and lots are shorts are pending to be covered, the covering led to nifty close in green and touching the support lvls of 4800 mark . Sensex also covered and closed marginally in red, the decline in sensex is majorly due to pain in mid caps where the covering was not that much .
With the indices as we have mentioned the banking stocks which were most hit and most of the big houses were bullish on banking stocks has fallen drastically .
The fall was not much in pharma , FMCG, IT..
If u see the fall is almost majorly in reality , capital goods, banking .. and if remember these were the sector in dec-jan where most analyst and major brokerage houses were bullish for coming year.
So here the valution became so streched thatall these sector witnessed stedy deep cut , at this point of time we believe all the sector are equally valued instead valuation looks preety cheap and its time to build your long time portfolio.
Dont fall in prey that sensex will fall to 14K or 12K , and take ur decesion even if sensex falls from here the valution wont be facing much steep correction , Stick to quality stocks and definatley your money willm grow almost 20-30% by the end of year..
The yesterday close was preety much encouraging. Still Oil was boiling too high and trading at its life time high on monday trade . GOLd is also trading at near to its life time high .
That made the Dow jones again fell and loosing all its morning gains.
The DOw will trade like this only till the FEd meet expecting a rate cut from FEd.
Indina markets are likely to have some sort of decoupling as of noww.We may see some sort of pullback with midcaps leading the momentum today .
Quality stocks would never let u fall thats the thing everybody has seen in this bear phase.
LNT yesterday saw a deep cut after the bad news hit the market that LNT has suffered a loss of about Rs 200 crore in commodity hedging by its wholly owned UAE subsidiary, L&T International FZE in the current fiscal

ITC is actively looking at new retailing opportunities in the semi-urban and urban markets ..
Asian markets are trading weak and we expect the volatility to be at its peak ,, wait n watch the trend before trading we expect to close in green today .

Market view 10 -March 08
Welcome to the bear market , yes the markets are sure shot in the hands of bears , the sensex closing below 200 DMA was not considered good for the investors however the long term investors are not need to worry , but short term we in very bad situation , Each and every rally is being looked out by sellers for selling and profit booking . We have came down from the range bound trading of 5000 -5600 , and are now trading in range of 4600-5000 in nifty .
The volumes are dropped drastically and arein very bad shape, the front liners along with mid caps are in very bad shape and are in over sold positions specially mid caps and banking sector stocks like icici , kotak , bank of baroda.
The friday was again saw was a black friday and usually it is termed in market taht balck friday always welcomes balck monday . but we dont thinks so , yes punters are betting for black mopnday but technicall we dont see it , yes a weak opening is there due to the bad and weak gloab cueus.
DOw fell but recovered later , the job nos that came on friday were worst and bad as were expected. Nikkei and asian markets are trading a bit weak and is lost more then 100 points .
THe rate cut expectation are again boursed higher with Yen again strengthing against dollor.
The Us markets is expecting the 75bps rate cut in the coming Fed meet .
The rate cut could act as the positive trigger and we can see some sought of relief rallies in our markets too.
Back home political uncertaininty and bad inflation nos have also taken part and deserve the full credits for the friday fall .
The STT on capital gains was alredy in effect and as we said some of the big FII and Fund houses did'nt liked it and here we are you can see the condition of markets.
Coming time nifty at 4600 could be support for the markets and range could be to 4600-5100 in nifty any rally we suggest to book profits ..
Financial stocks are beaten down and brokerage stocks are alredy on carnage ahead of low volumes and STT by FM..

Market Report 07 -March 08
Here comes another day of pain , yes the DOw jones fell again to account of the bad news , alredy the global marketsare reacting with nikkei down 400 + points , we belive there is no one who can predict the bottom whether the rumurs of 12K or whether the rumurs of 15K, the markets are gonna do things on its own , less FII participation and huge amount of money being with drawn and no retail investors as of now is the majot trigger for thye downtime of sensex
As per our view the two months of the wekaness for sensex was enough but the way sensex continues its downtrend is a point of worry .
Lack of positive triiger and moreover some -ve trigger from budget did the job of putting oil in fire, how much more pain left no one can predict.
A gap down opening is expected , we hope nifty doest brks the 4800 mark and trades abv its triple bottom mark , recovery can only be seen if asian markets recovers and european markets gv some sign of relief.
We advise tradersto stay away as volatility is not ruled out , no of news is also on charts..
Mid cap may continue to show some more blood and may show some new lows from their rally in the nov-dec.
Small caps are no way right now.. and better not to talk about them .
Its time to look at the PE values and invest in the stocks that are expected to yield some divident atlest ..

Market Report 05-Mar 08
Sensex is trading in its weakest mood from the past three years, the nifty is down and is touching its support llvls of 4800 , anything below that will definately be invitinng 4400-4480 lvls.
Dow jones turned back from its support and gave a nice come back with moving 180 + points of rally in the closing bell .Asian markets are trading mixed with nikkei down on account of meet for the rate change.
SEBI yesterday cleared that it is no mood of banning the FII as they are not behind the recent fall, meanwhile in today meet SEBI is expected to clear some of the infrastructure fund as well.
Markets yesterday tried to cvr up 2-3 times but each time it comoes up it fell down woth profir booking , recent gains are not ruled out, We belive market may take another 1 week before settling down to some lvls and till then volatility will be as such.
Below 5050 we dont advise to trade for traders and buy and go long only if nifty holds 4975 on charts.
