Market Report 27 may 08

A weak trading day and what we saw was across the board sellin , today sensex with mild cues and ahead of FNO expiry is expected to trade flat to positive with cautious trade..

nifty jumped back from 4870 lvls yesterday thrice tus making a intermediate support for the nifty and upside 4940 wuld be resis .. anything abv that wuld see 4970and 5020 on nifty .. with the bears getting strong if nifty brks 4870 for 4800 and below that 4730 mark...

But that does'nt looks like coming ,, we may ahead of FNO closing can see short cvring in scripts and bulls might try to come back at 4940 lvls.. once 4940 is crossd we may see 5000 lvls in nifty...

Small cap and mid cap saw a severe beating yesterday .. there culd be some rcvry in these segment and some sought of value buying can be done ..

With the Sensex last week mostlyy past with red color , we were wishing for a break soon to come and after 2 days vacation , monday is here again and all knows with friday in red the sensex will follow its tashon of being in red today .,.. With the global markets down , asian markets are also bleeding , so how come sensex get escaped , Expect a 1 to 1.% dwnwrds in todays trade with nifty support lies at 4900 mark for all ur longs ,, below 4900 there wuld be bull stop at 4800 mark that wullbe be last phase for bulls to survive,...
We give a cautious trade today .. or just wait and watch policy ... some bottom fishing can be done from the long term point of view ..otherwise it wuld be broad based selling all the way ..
