Market CLUE for 18-sep-07

A positive opening and week closing that seems to be the story of indian mrkt from last week .
As we have a told a lot of profit booking happened and market ended in the red. But the stock specific action was there as we have mentioned in the morning call.
Sensex and nifty was again range bound but the closing was nifty below 4500 was concern for us . But the overall trend was looking good as of now, we dont c any bears coming in .

September 18th which is seen to be an important date, might not actually be that important for Indian Market.Why? Because, a 25 bps cut in FED rate has already been factored in. And more than 25 bps on 18th is not expected.neither will the FED keep the rate unchanged. So the 18th Sep, news might just go with out affecting the markets at all.

Ideally, analyst will say that the next trigger for the market will be the earning session. But we expect the advance tax collection figures, for individual companies to be the next trigger. So we advise the people to keep an eye ont his figure.Among the stocks, REL and Mc Dowell showed great strength and closed high. It is expected that they will continue to do so tomorrow as well. IDBI also showed late sprut in price. It is expected that IDBI will resume its upward movement after some days on consolidation.

Our BTST calls made a huge profits today with Mc dowell was overall winner with the gain of almost 100 rs from recommended price.

REL also rocked with 920+ in intraday which was recommended @ 885 yesterday as BTST so for the gains of 30 rs ..

our intraday calls like Ril infra was on upper circuit and raJeash exports made high by gaining more den 70 rs.
Omnitech we are still positive on and can move further from here SL of 155-160 it can go upto 190+ lvls ..
Markets are looking for fresh triggers to move to their lifetime high .. which they are not getting as of noww..
Sector View : Steel Sector again out performed the market and showed great strength. In the coming session, cement sector is expected to outperform the market, triggered by the rise in price and no intervention from the government.
